Now known as “President’s Plaza?, this 19 storey building operates as a fully managed hotel and apartments. It is located in Auckland’s prime CBD overlooking the Viaduct Harbour (home of the America’s Cup for 6 years).
It’s striking design makes good use of a difficult site and is set to become a prominent Auckland landmark.
