BP Hull, Yorkshire
BP Hull, located in East Yorkshire, is BP’s largest acetyls production site and second largest anywhere in the world. The annual production of chemicals is 1.4millions tonnes. BP uses proprietary technology that doubles production as compared with other conventional means.
The preferred fire system installed is the Ampac FireFinder. There are five (5) networked FireFinder fire alarm control panels all monitored via Ampac’s superior SmartGraphics graphical interface system.
