AMPAC Europe, a world leader in the manufacture and supply of fire detection and alarm systems will be showcasing its comprehensive range of products at FIREX in March 2008.
This year has seen Ampac relocate to a new purpose built unit in Doncaster, appoint their first European Regional Manager and offer its range of fire detection and alarm systems direct to the UK market. Ampac will launch a range of new products into Europe and the Middle East, which will be on display for the first time on stand F6 at FIREX South.
Ampac is known for its FireFinder, ZoneSense PLUS and ZoneSense range of Fire Alarm Control Panels, but these will be joined in 2008 by LoopSense.
ZoneSense and ZoneSense Plus are the obvious choice in conventional control panels, but for those who need multiple loops on their system, then FireFinder and LoopSense will be available from March and will be showcased on the Ampac stand at FIREX.
One of the highlights will be a demonstration of Ampac’s latest SmartGraphics system, which delivers the full capability of FireFinder, by creating a hub for the ultimate control of fire management systems.
Ampac Europe’s Regional Manager Philip Marriott said, “Visitors to FIREX will have the opportunity to see for themselves our existing FireFinder and ZoneSense, but the real draw will be the exclusive preview of our new products. The SmartGraphics software is particularly impressive and we will be offering demonstrations on the stand.”
For many visitors, FIREX will serve as an introduction to Ampac Europe as 2008 will be the company’s first full year of operating directly in the UK, although many industry insiders will be familiar with the company’s products and reputation for customer service.
Over 30 years of global industry experience enables Ampac to offer not only tried and tested Fire Alarm and detection systems, but new products with the same standards of customer service that clients have become accustomed to.
The UK office offers a 24-hour turnaround on key products, backed up with a comprehensive after sales service. Customer Technical Support (CTS) includes everything from telephone help line support, on-site technical support and emergency support.
“We take our customer care very seriously, “ explained Philip, “Ampac offers a complete solution from design and supply of products, through to technical support, upgrades and new systems based on customer requirements. I look forward to demonstrating the full range of Ampac’s capabilities at FIREX.”
