To further reinforce the culture of continuous improvement, Ampac operates a Professional Development Services (PDS) department, that ensures all employees are suitably trained for their current position, and provides a framework for employees to further increase their skills. Ampac has a policy of promoting from within, and as such all positions are advertised internally.
