XP95 Isolating Base

The XP95 Isolating Base detects and isolates any short circuit faults, allowing other devices to remain active under short circuit conditions

FEATURES

• If it is a requirement that no device is lost in the event of a short circuit fault, detectors should be fitted with an isolating base

• Has the ability to restore power and communication to all affected sections when a short circuit fault is cleared

• In applications where it is not necessary to use an isolating base for every detector, up to 20 detectors maximum may be installed between each isolator base

• The base is loop powered and polarity sensitive

• Accepts the XPERT card for address setting of the associated device

• Features stainless steel contacts that accept solid or stranded cables of up to 2.5mm²

• A yellow LED illuminates continuously to indicate the event of a short circuit condition
