The Loop Powered Zone Interface Device is designed to connect to the analogue loops in the addressable range of fire alarm control panels

FEATURES

  • Provides a single conventional zone input that supports the Apollo XP95 and Discovery protocol
  • Allows up to 40 conventional detectors (Orbis, Series 65, Series 60, New Zealand heat detectors and Hochiki) to be fitted per zone
  • The device is available in a DIN mounted option or alternatively housed in an externally enclosed option
  • Features a programmable end of line (EOL) that allows for either 3K3 or 6K2 resistor values or a 10uF capacitor for use with head removal diode bases
  • Includes a built in short circuit isolator function between the two negative loop connectors
  • Has three LEDs for indicating the conditions of alarm (red), poll/SCI (green) and fault (yellow)
  • The device is easy to install and provides access for termination of field wiring up to 2.5mm²
